He is the Best Judge

A person should consider us in this way: as servants of Christ and managers of God's mysteries. In this regard, it is expected of managers that each one of them be found faithful. It is of little importance to me that I should be evaluated by you or by any human court. In fact, I don't even evaluate myself. For I am not conscious of anything against myself, but I am not justified by this. The One who evaluates me is the Lord. Therefore, don't judge anything prematurely, before the Lord comes, who will both bring to light what is hidden in darkness and reveal the intentions of the hearts. And then praise will come back to each one from God. 1 Cor 4:1-5

Wow! I am a manager of God's mysteries, Selah! What a thought! How awesome is the priveledge and what a great and treasured responsibility!

How good not to be conscious of anything against ones self but to be able to completely trust the Lord to judge fairly. I have been learning to do this for others and now I should extend the same grace to myself.

Whilst not knowing anything against one self, it is important to be humble enough to to submit that estimation to God and trust Him, otherwise arrogance will result.

I have discovered that holding back judgement is a wonderous experience because then I get to see God in action. We have so many prejudices which automatically arise when we interact with people. These are not good judgements but merely our experiences dictating. All things must be subject to Christ for his verdict. We can hide things away from others but not from God. When He comes all will be revealed and then He will praise, because He sees with loving eyes. Amen!
