He is Greater

"Heaven and earth will pass away, but My Words will never pass away." Matthew 24:35

In a day when there is much cleverness and invention the word of God is still the same, it's power is still as great, it is as fresh as when first spoken. No amount of re-translation can change that. Our God is just as mighty, the power that raise Christ from the dead is still here, still potent. Our God is greater than all the noise, He rises above all circumstance, all enemies will bow the knee.

Our God is an awesome He reins over all. He is mightier than any enemy, greater than any disease, stronger than any foe.
His word prevails. No cleverness of man has made Him obsolete, He remains when all the clever are gone into the grave.

He triumps over all time, all coldness of man, all ignorance. No weapon formed against Him shall prosper and I am His. He is my champion, protector, deliverer, lover and friend. Nothing can come against the ones He loves and last, He tears down all the works of the enemy. He is greater than any foe. He is mightier than hatred, His love endures, never quenched.

Rise up and dance loved of God, rise up and sing and celebrate. Great and mighty is He. Greater, much greater is He. Amen and Amen!

Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
