Who Has a Future?

Watch the blameless and observe the upright, for a man of peace will have a future. Psalm 37:37

In times of warfare we must remember that our enemy is a spirit, not a person. My warfare is in the spirit, that is where I take territory. It is so easy to see a person who is painful and not the spirit that motivates them. People in bondage are not pretty. If I really want to win in must love them whilst dealing with the spirt. Now, there's a challenge.

I have entered another battle and am determined to ascend the hill. I want what is mine and I want what I am promised. Today as I travel to Uralla I will worship this sucker down. I will release such a flood of worship that heavens will shake.

Greater is He that is in me than he who is in the world. If God be for me, what can be against me?

I will paint this land with the blood of Jesus, not the blood of man. I will stand against all foul things and see them bow the knee to my God, He is greater. Amen!

Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
