Dare to Believe all that Has been Spoken Over You- Prophesy that is!

Timothy, my son, I am giving you this instruction in keeping with the prophesies previously made about you, so that by them you may strongly engage in battle, having faith and a good conscience. Some have rejected these and have suffered the shipwreck of their faith. Hymenaneaus and Alexander are among them, and I have delivered them to Satan, so that they may be taught not to blaspheme. 1Tim 1:18-20

First we see Timothy called, 'my son,' by Paul. Timothy earned this as he was not Paul's natural son as Paul was a single man. Timothy was a son in the faith, he looked to Paul as a father in the faith. He did this well and Paul was blessed by him. Elsewhere we read that Paul could trust Timothy as he sent him to the Philippians : 'as I have no one else who was like minded who will genuinely care for your interests.'

Next Paul urges Timothy to remember the prophesy over his life so that by them he may strongly engage in battle. Have you received a prophesy? I have, several in fact. Yet the one thing that holds me together and draws me on is the dream the Lord gave me back in 1995. The end of the dream had Him say to me: " I am proud of you Dianne, well done!" Now that which He said He was proud of was, at that time to come to pass. It is now unfolding in my life.

Dig out the prophesies and look at them in faith. History will declare if you received them in faith and went forward. I am determined to reach the destination and receive the prize that awaits me. How about you?

This morning I refused to allow myself to wallow in tiredness. Naturally I had reason. Yesterday I drove for 81/2 hours from Brisbane to Tamworth. Whilst in Brisbane I did not have good sleep nor get to eat as I prefer. But yesterday I was preparing myself for the eventuality of getting up and going swimming. I am now having to swim at race speed for 2km. Mind you it is 'my' race speed. I had to swim strongly and I did. I reminded myself of the buzz that achievement gives me, and I went. It was 1degree outside.

My God is creating a new me and I must say I like her.

Whilst away I was confronted by two angry clients, they wanted something that the provider was being difficult with. This happens with loans and insurance covers. I was caught in the middle. This is troubling but I refused to see anything but a formal approval for the clients, I got it. I refused to doubt.

Today I had to deal with a mountain of work. My tax return was due two days ago. My bookkeeper had quit before I went away but God sent me a new helper, an Indian lady whose accent is very difficult. I refused to fear. I worked through the mountain and God gave me strategy, a brilliant strategy. He is good!

I had to make a call to another upset client. I was courteous but I will not be afraid.

I calmly accomplished all before me. Because He is drawing me on, to a new place. He is good! I am blessed!

Walk with Him! He has a place for you that is so, so good! Amen!
