Change is Coming

Isn't it true that in just a little while Lebanon will become an orchid, and the orchid will seem like a forest? On that day the deaf will hear the words of the document, and out of deep darkness the eyes of the blind will see.
The humbles will have joy after joy in he Lord, and the poor people will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 29:17-19

A day when wickedness is no more! How good is that?

Lebanon was known for its cedar forests and cedar was a symbol of power and arrogance. Therefore for the hills of Lebanon to be transformed into an orchid, where fruit is grown, when fruit is a symbol of servanthood.

The deaf will hear and the blind will see. I remember when I was born again it was as if I had scales on my eyes before and after all I could say was: "I can see, I can see!" I am sure there are those who would say the same about their ears.

Tonight I took my mum and aunt to see a play called Sunset Boulevade. Basically it was a story about a once famous actress who wanted things to stay as they had been and she did everything to control her world to keep it the same. Being unwilling or change is so sad. We can trust the Lord to bring His sort of change into our world. Amen!
