Where Do I Focus?

Woe to those who call evil good and good evil,
Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness,
Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. Isaiah 5:20

Our enemy is wicked and when he can capture lives to work for him they are cruel, vicious, nasty and evil. We know he is at work in the world by all the manslaughter and wickedness we see.

But, there is One who in a moment of time can change even the most vile of hearts. We are seeing this as well. We are seeing ISIS fighters meeting Christ and repenting of their deeds. Paul the apostle was one such man.

What then should we do? Pray! Pray! Pray! Let our voices be used for prayer and praise not bitterness and complaining. Scripture tells us that the prayer of the righteous man available much. Now if scripture tells us this, we must believe it and pray.( James 5:13-18)

Do I live for my fleshly appetites or the kingdom of God? One requires me to pray and praise the other requires me to complain and whine. One bring life, the other death. Today, choose life! Amen!
