Not My People are Welcomed in

And what if God, desiring to display His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience objects of wrath ready for destruction? And what if He did this to make known the riches of His glory on objects of mercy that He prepared beforehand for glory- on us, the ones He also called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles? As it also says in Hosea:
' I will call Not My People, My People, and she who is Unloved, Beloved. And it will be in the place where they were told, you are not My people, there they will be called sons of the living God. Romans 9:22-26

This morning I am seeking more of God. I want His heart for a dear friend who believes they are gay and feels trapped. I know only the love of God can deliver this friend. The wrath of God was poured out on such people in the Old Testsment but now His grace is available to set the oppressed free.

I know when I find the heart of God and His compassion I can pray with power and it is His power that delivers from oppression.

The love of God was the reason the non-Gentiles were welcomed in. It is His desire that all will know Him. I can trust Him for His love is pure in every way. There is no self-interest in God's love. His love sets captives free. Amen!

If I seek God's love then can be none of me in the mix. Forgiveness needs a clean vessel to flow through. Amen!
