The Message

But how can they call on Him they have not believed in? And how can they believe without hearing about Him? And how can they hear without a preacher? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written 'How beautiful are the feet of those who announce the gospel of good things!' But all did not obey the gospel. For Isaiah says, 'Lord, who has believed our message?' So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the message about Christ. But I ask, "Did they not hear? Yes they did:
'Their voice has gone out to all the earth, and their words to the ends of the inhabited world. Romans 10:14-18

Isaiah in 52:7 proclaims: how beautiful are the feet of the herald, who proclaims peace, who brings news of good things, who proclaim salvation, who says to Zion, "Your God reigns!"
Good News is indeed good news to the hearers of the message. We have a message of hope for others and we need to share it. Your story will minister, how did Jesus touch your life? In the telling of it you will be reminded of God's goodness and be encouraged to base your faith on Him rather than your own feelings.

Wrapped in the message is faith, as the message is spoken faith is released. You are not responsible for the soil in the hearts of the hearers but the preaching of the gospel. You can pray for the soil in the hearts of the hearers. Season it with the rain of intercession and touch God's heart for people.

I am about to go to Nepal where I am seeking those to share Christ with. I have a good message and I am praying for their soil. Have mercy Lord!

However, today I will go to work and even there I will seek those to share the gospel with. Amen!
