Jesus is the Way


There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people, and we must be saved by Acts 4:12

Peter amd John had been arrested for healing a man and preaching the gospel. Peter, here, was filled bt the Holy Spirit and stood and proclaimwd that Jesus, whom they had crucified, was indeed God and in His name people are saved.

Today, there is salvation by no other name. Things have not changed. Today, Jesus has the same power to heal and save. We see it again and again. The lost come to salvation by believing in Jesus, as the only Son of God. Amen!


Since returning from Nepal the boys we soent time with are seeking answers. Salvation is coming into their lives. We have been asked to be more involved in Nepal and at present are praying as to what that looks like. We want to shepherd the boys into a living relationship with Christ.

In the month of October there is a lot of idolatey going on. It is the climax for the locals. Those who have moved overseas retun home to their birthplace to be reunited with family and their religious customs.

Idolatry is a part of the old life. Christianity is the new life. In Christ we do not have to earn salvation, it is a free gift. Jesus paid the price for our sins by dying in a cross for us. He was the only perfect one. He is ths redeemer. The burden of sin is gone in Him. Amen!

Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
