He Has Conquered

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in Me, even if he dies, will live. Everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die — ever. Do you believe this? ”
John 11:25‭-‬26 HCSB

Lazarus had died and Jesus arrives on the scene. Martha and Jesus are having a conversation. Jesus jad come to raise Lazarus from the dead. Jesus asked Martha: " Do you believe your brother will live again?" Martha replied:" yes Lord at the end of time." Martha had said. " Jesus if you had just been here, my brother would not have died." Martha did not see Jesus as One who raised the dead.

Today we celebrate another resurrection, Jesus had been killed by the Roman soldiers and carried out penalty but He rose again, He defeated death. How do we see Jesus? As the forgiver of our sins but not our deliverer or healer?

Jesus conquered sickness and disease and all manner of bondage. He took the keys off Satan. It is for us to believe He has the power to heal and restore. He is good and He is God. Amen!

How great is our God! How worthy is His name! Amen! Today let's embrace all He has done for us. Amen
