Revealing Glory

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.
Romans 8:18 HCSB

Glory is from God and to God. God places His glory inside of us when we become His born again creatures. We give glory back to God in our praise, worship and service. We honour Him as we handle suffering as His Son did, humbly trusting the Fsther.

Glory is shown in acts of grace and mercy as they are acts of God. Revenge and anger are acts of the flesh. One brings life one brings death.

The next verse says:

For the creation eagerly waits with anticipation for God’s sons to be revealed.
Romans 8:19 HCSB

Imagine creation waiting eagerly for God's sons and daughters to be revealed. All of God's creation is a vast area. Imagine being in that world waiting for a revealing of God's glory through the sons and daughters of men. I could almost write a book. In fact Narnia was about this subject. A brilliant series by CS Lewis.
