If You Don't Know What to Do.....Rest


If you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get his help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought. People who “worry their prayers” are like wind-whipped waves. Don’t think you’re going to get anything from the Master that way, adrift at sea, keeping all your options open.

God's wisdom is best! Always always it is best. He solves the problems of life in a way that life comes out. We cannot create the same outcomes unless we are at rest and flowing with Him.

I am facing a few problems at present but my God has the best solutions. I will wait for His outcomes and for His mind because then I know I can't lose.

I was walking down a path I thought He ordained but a few things have happened with a business colleague and my Mum having a stroke and I know I must wait for God. What is His path? His path is best as it leads where He is-by still waters. Amen!

Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
