An Antidote For Anger

I just had to include this version of the scripture as being an Aussie this is so Australian. Ha ha! An angry person has high blood pressure, upset innards and are setting themselves up for nasty health problems.

Every time I become angry and upset my bowel plays up. It reminds me to keep a cool head. Whilst what annoys us is right in our face, God has a plan beyond it. This is important as it is a test: how will you handle confrontations or upsets?

This morning I found an antidote. I received an upsetting email and was aggravated but went for a walk and prayed. When I returned I decided to give some money to the drought stricken farmers. What a buzz! I soon forgot the email. So... next time you want to tear into someone, give someone else a gift and be a blessing. It works!
