Destined Before Time

He has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began. This has now been made evident through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who has abolished death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.

In astronomy we are constantly discovering birthing places for stars. Our God is ever active.

More important than stars are God's people. We have God who plans way ahead. He saw us being conceived, being born and destined for a purpose.

Our God has a purpose for us, we must choose to step into that purpose. It sits waiting for us to enter in. It is not ours by osmosis but it is apprehended by faith.

The children of Israel were promised a land of milk and honey but they had to choose to enter in. In the first group of spies 10 gave a faithless report amd only two gave a report of faith. The people, en mass chose to believe the faithless report and because of it wandered around in the wilderness for 40 years until they all died.

My question to you is: are you wandering around in the wilderness waiting to die? Or have you stepped into faith and your purpose, defying the giants who are in your land?

Life and death stand before us! We must choose! Choose life! Amen!
