No Timidity

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].
2 TIMOTHY 1:7 AMP

Timidity makes you not want to confront or ruffle anyone's feathers. Whereas bold faith steps into the fray and trusts God for His protection.

Today I confronted an unknown group of people in a foreign land because it appeared they were robbing a man I know. I did it trusting the Lord for His protection and use of my words to bring a sword to any darkness. I cannot bear to sit around and wait for the adversary to make the move. Why not take the battle into their house?

God has been training me for years for times such as this. I want to be in His army and be His soldier. I want to be one of His mighty Chickies. (My terminology)
