Nothing is Impossible

“And did you know that your cousin Elizabeth conceived a son, old as she is? Everyone called her barren, and here she is six months pregnant! Nothing, you see, is impossible with God.” And Mary said, Yes, I see it all now: I’m the Lord’s maid, ready to serve. Let it be with me just as you say. Then the angel left her.

We cannot put limits on God. If He is in a matter, it will come to pass. Elizabeth's husband was a priest in the temple but when God spoke to him about his wife having a son, he disbelieved and so God struck him dumb until after the baby was born.

A lot of people speculate the reason he was made dumb was so he could not denounce the word of God or be negative towards it. It was also a sign to him that God was involved.

God is indeed into miracles and brings great things to pass. Let us expect Him to do this with joy. Mary did and received the best reward. Amen!
