Whatever is Good...

“Do not judge, so that you won’t be judged. For with the judgment you use, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye but don’t notice the log in your own eye?

The Lord has been working with me to not have an opinion, especially one that would put another down so as to raise myself up. I do not need to have an opinion about everything and in fact I am learning that unless I have the Lords opinion, I have no opinion.

Having and giving an opinion involves destroying someone or something else. We already have a destroyer, and his name is Satan. We dont need another one.

Social media is a trap to the unwary. Opinions are posted constantly. We need to be wise as to what we agree with. We also need to be aware that not all that is posted is correct.

Paul teaches us:

Finally brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable — if there is any moral excellence and if there is any praise — dwell on these things.
Philippians 4:8

Look for the good and repost that. Amen!
