God of Angel Armies

I love the word pictures here! Standing fearless at the cliff-edge of doom. It makes me want to put on wings and rise up as an eagle and glide down into the valley below. Having done paragliding I can say it feels like that. Ahhhhhh!

Just as the eagle soars above the terrain we can soar above the storms of life. Whilst up on my hill today I saw a falcon gliding around looking for prey. I wanted to be that bird. I love the sensation of gliding with the breeze.

This is us, Christian! Our God is in control and He lifts us up to soar. He is the wind beneath our wings. Amen!
