The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart rejoices, and I praise Him with my song.

So many times I wake feeling tired after a good sleep. In these times I get up and say to the Lord:" You are my strength today Lord! I will walk in you!" I will myself to get up and get going in God's strength for me. His strength is best and my reliance on Him brings joy.
There are times I will myself to sing and rejoice and see myself filled to overflowing. Choosing to sing is intentional and it works. My heart must trust in Him. He has to be the answer. He is my helper.
Sitting in a mess and moaning never brings a good result. Always, always I must get up and put on life. Amen!
