God Sent His Son

For God did not send His Son into the world that He might condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.
John 3:17 HCSB

We often feel condemned for the things we have done, the wrong things which the bible calls sin. Sin is wilful acts against God and His word. However, rather than condemn us our God offers forgiveness through Jesus. He paid for all our willfulness.

As we come to Christmas we are faced with the coming of Jesus, humbly and being born into a manger. He could have chosen a palace but He chose humility, because humility is a way of the kingdom of God.

As we prepare for Christmas let us prepare Him room in our hearts. Let's give Him praise amd glory for His sacrifice and welcome for His coming. Amen!
