Remember we are drawn away into temptation by our own lusts. At times they may not appear related and come as a surprise. However, for example, I am feeling sorry for myself that I am not married and begin to fantasize about what the 'right person' make look like. Suddenly the right look appears, along with a wedding ring. If the platform of desire and fantasy override wisdom I will enter into temptation by going where I should not go.
Trusting God for our needs and killing self-pity are a good start to being able to resist temptation. If we truly love people we will not rob from them: their children, their spouse, their goods. Being satisfied with what we have and trusting God for His best IS best. Amen!
