Peace gives us rest, contentment, good relationships and best of all good sleep.
As Jesus said in the scripture above, His peace is way above what the world offers. Rejecting Him and His peace and rather attempting to create our own through holidays, sleep-ins and even meditation are all temporary and not eternal in nature.
To receive this peace we must first come to Him and acknowledge Him as Lord. There is the rub! This will require humility.
