Giving up burdens when in pain is essential. His oil is best! Today I am in pain as the anaesthetic block wears off and exercises begin. Must press through the pain and be totally restored.
I have been studying as well to worship music. It is great. Meeting lovely people. Staff good.
Another day tomorrow and home tomorrow night. Looking forward to my own bed and family. God is good!
