My Strength

In times of weakness, we look for a place of strength, who will bring it, where is it found.

My strength comes from the Lord, ultimately. Yes I can build myself up with food and exercise and good books but they can not touch me the core of my being, my spirit needs God.

I find God as I seek Him daily. I find Him in worship, quietness and His word. This is where He is. He alone can build up my spirit, for this is where He lives in me. Amen!
