Believing and Confessing

One believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, resulting in salvation. Romans 10:10 HCSB https://bible.com/bible/72/rom.10.10.hcsb

We know what we believe, we hold that knowledge dear or important and we speak to out. Unfortunately, a lot of people speak as if they know but make things so with their confession.
We see this when people will say: "I will never be able to do that or this", " my asthma won't allow me to do that."

We give authority to that which we confess and in doing so set up strongholds in our lives. It is far better to confess the Lordship of Christ and His victory than anything else I know.

Self-pity works hand in hand with a bad confession. Deal with it first and you might find your voice changing. Amen!
