Build Yourselves Up

We know how to build up body muscle, improve fitness, from fat through diet. However, our spirits need to be built up, continually.

Building ourselves to must start from being in the centre of Gods will. As Jesus put it. We need to abide in Him. As we abide He and the Father come to fellowship with us.

What a gym! What a powerhouse. The Father, the Son and me. What can we achieve?
