He Renews My Life

Why am I so important to my God? Why would the God who created the universe decide I am so important to Him that He would bother with the intricacies of my life? What God can love us all so much, at the same time?

Why did Father God send Jesus to die on a cross for us? Why did Jesus submit to death for me? Why does God want to know me intimately?

The only answer I can give is He is in love with a love I do not fathom, a love so deep, so wide, so high. A love that is not selfish but rather giving, a love that is higher than I.
