Truth sets us free not selfishness. Today I had another phone call from my grandson Myer: "I had a huge fight with mum today!" We talked things through and I told Myer: "I am on the side of truth Myer, not your side, mums side or even dads side, but truth and I will speak truth to you, is that ok"? He said it was ok. We laughed a lot and chatted easily.

I am most interested in well adjusted young men and women in my family. I want to give them what I did not have, what their parents did not have, a sounding board. I trust I am a blessing to my son and his wife as well as my grandchildren.

It is not about being clever or popular or right in my own eyes. Truth matters as the truth sets us free! Amen!
