dealing with anger
Go ahead and be angry. You do well to be angry—but don’t use your anger as fuel for revenge. And don’t stay angry. Don’t go to bed angry. Don’t give the Devil that kind of foothold in your life.
Ephesians 4:26-27 MSG
What kind of things makes you angry? Is there a pattern developing? Is it right to be angry? What is the resolution of your anger? You are not built to hold anger longer than a few hours without damage. How long are you holding on to your anger? Do you know the damage anger does? It rots your insides. Is this what you want?
Make sure you lnow all the answers. Amen!
