release God's power

If you’re abused because of Christ, count yourself fortunate. It’s the Spirit of God and his glory in you that brought you to the notice of others. If they’re on you because you broke the law or disturbed the peace, that’s a different matter. But if it’s because you’re a Christian, don’t give it a second thought. Be proud of the distinguished status reflected in that name!
1 Peter 4:14‭-‬16 MSG

  Romans 12:19-20 says:
Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, “I will take revenge; I will pay them back,” says the Lord . Instead, “If your enemies are hungry, feed them. If they are thirsty, give them something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals of shame on their heads.”
I have read stories of pastors being in prison and ministering to their captors. Their love and grace won souls. Our good behaviour works to release the kingdom of God. Our God is the One who convicts and bring justice. Trust Him!
