without excuse

For His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen since the creation of the world, being understood through what He has made. As a result, people are without excuse. Romans 1:20 HCSB

Have you ever said, or heard it said, "But I didn't know!" It is often said is response to being challenged with a failure to act. If we seriously think about the situation, perhaps the reason we fail to act is because we do not care and are caught up in life pursuits to the blindness towards others. Another reason is we fail to really listen to others.

This scripture cuts acorss our excuses saying the evidence was plainly there. If the evidence is plainly there then we must not care to consider that which is presented to us.
