a future

For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11 NLT

This promise came to the children of Israel through Jeremiah the prophet. Beginning in verse 10, 'For this us what the Lord says: "when 70 years for Babylon are complete, I will attend to you and will confirm My promise concerning you to restore you to this place"'.

Our current verse flows on from this.  After devastation, restoration will follow. The time in Babylon was to cleanse God's people from their mindset and wicked ways. He is giving them a second chance.

Right now there is an outpouring of God's Holy Spirit. A new wind is blowing, a new move is coming. Let us rise up and embrace it. Amen!
