little children

Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. “And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me. Matthew 18:3‭-‬5 NLT

Becoming like little children sounds as hard as being born again. Yet, for those who are born again,  we know it was not hard at all, once the decision to make Jesus Lord was done. The same reasoning can be applied here. If I refuse to be god,  or refuse to attempt to be god,  and rather, trust Him with the job, then, I am behaving like a little trusting, child.

We are not required to go back to petulant behaviour, rather, we are encouraged to trust our heavenly Father like the child trusts his father (providing of course he was a good father). Our heavenly Father can be trusted with providing our needs. He is faithful! Amen!
