never stop

Never stop praying.

1 Thessalonians 5:17 NLT

We.can so easily give up, be defeated by the lies of our enemy. Yet, scripture encourages us to be steadfast in prayer. Jesus told stories of persistent prayer. He obviously believed in it.

Galatians 6:9 states:

So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.

Now, I know this speaks about doing good but prayer is also good. My favourite scripture also speaks to endurance:

For you have need of endurance so that you might prove the will of the Father and receive what has been promised. Hebrews 10:36.

The will of the Father is to answer our prayers. However, He is looking to see our character develop. Amen!
