Second guessing ourselves is a form of doubt. This in turn is an anxiety based on a belief that God cannot lift us up beyond our natural selves. However, God's grace is beyond our imagination. His love is there for us to access and as we do we must trust it.
When we repent we are forgiven. Beyond forgiveness is grace that ensure and seals that forgiveness. Forgiveness is a release from the debt that was ours. It has been paid by another, and He is faithful, not malicious or hateful.
Yes we are sinners, but grace has rescued us and brought us to forgiveness. Repentance opens the door, grace carries us through. On the other side there is no accusation, only forgiveness and grace. Amen!
