Jesus' disciples fought over who was the greatest, they wanted to call fire down from heaven on unbelieving cities, and they fell asleep on Jesus when He needed them the most. Yet, Jesus persevered with them. After He had died, and risen into heaven, they received the Holy Spirit, and came alive to all that Jesus had taught them.
With the help of the Holy Spirit we can love through difficult times. We can believe all things, and hope all things, because love resides in us.
If you are struggling to love, ask the Holy Spirit to help you. Amen!
