When we are afraid we cover ourselves. I notice some women heavily made up with make-up at soccer. I notice women my age done up to the nines, It lookes out of place. We are beautiful without the makeup, however deep inside we believes we are not enough without it.
Conversely, my nephew played soccer today. He does not care how he looks, and is not driven by personal ambition. I was impressed as he took turns in the position of goalie defence so that the guy in that position could run with the ball. That guy was good. However, my nephew was better because of his selflessness and kindness.
My little niece, has no concept of giving to others just yet, I pray she will learn, she is only 8, but kindness can begin at any young age.
Our God loves us, right to the core. Amen!
