do good to your enemies

Love your enemies! Do good to them. Lend to them without expecting to be repaid. Then your reward in heaven will be great, and you will truly be acting as children of the most high, for He is kind to.those who are unthankful and wicked. Luke 6:35 NLT

I continually watch God's goodness and perseverance to the unthankful. He definitely is not judging them, I do at times and struggle to forgive them.

Yet, when I am good to the unthankful, I watch God use their circumstances change their hearts and they become aware and grateful.

Bringing good to the unlovely is a challenge especially when we are caught in self. When we recognise our position, what we do with the knowledge determines if we are acting as children of God. Repentance is good! Amen!
