“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”Psalms 147:3 HCSB
Our God cares for the broken-hearted and sends us to bind up wounds and minister to those in need. Jesus said of Himself:
“I have come that you might have life and that in abundance”(John 10:10).
“The Spirit of the Lord is on Me, because He has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim freedom to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”(Luke 4:18-19) this scripture was Jesus reading from Isaiah the prophet. This scripture tells us His heart, which also can be our heart.
Being pushed along by life and controlled by selfish desires is the enemy’s plan. God’s plan is for us to be His ministers.
