Believe

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭11‬:‭24‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Jesus had cursed the fig tree and it withered up from the roots. The disciples are amazed and Jesus tells them the above verse. Interestingly, the verse after has to do with forgiveness:
“ And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”Mark‬ ‭11‬:‭24‬-‭25‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Forgiveness or unforgiveness can aid or hinder our prayers. We must be mindful of forgiveness at all times. How we treat others we are treated. Being forgiven by God the Father is important and not something to dismiss. Arrogance on our part will block our access to the power of God, humility will open the way. Amen!
