The blessing is coming

“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”Galatians‬ ‭6‬:‭9‬ ‭NLT‬‬

For teh last 20 years God has lead me on walking on water ventures. Tomorrow I begin another. Without the money I am tomorrow venturing to begin a farming business. He has had me doing crazy things before. I remember in 2006 He had me become a mortgage broker and begin a reverse mortgage business that was going quite well until the financial market crashed. Again in 2011 ahe had me approach a large financial institution for a financial planning licence. That business was going well until the provider ended up in court in 2018. Now as the court case finalises I am being nudged to begin again.

Now I am walking into another unknown. What an adventurous God I have. I have the offer of land for free, however the government here expects large investments to operate, but God knows a way. He may have to split the sea or this time dry hearts.

The blessing is coming! Amen!

No surrender to fear

““Don’t worry or surrender to your fear. For you’ve believed in God, now trust and believe in me also.” ‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭1‬ ‭TPT‬‬ Yesterday tens of thousands of youth stormed Parliament House here in Nepal. It has been reported that 20 were killed and hundreds were injured. I had stayed away from the area believing it to be unsafe and it was. Today, now that young people have been killed, there will be a greater strife brought about by parents of those who went to the protest. Milling children is never a good idea. Nepal has had a long history of strife. It has a civil war that lasted 10 years not so long back. Corruption fills the government and the people are not happy. However, underneath there are lovely human beings who need salvation. As in any race of people, there are people who have needs. I cannot be afraid of the uprest. I have a God who is the master of peace. He is good! I must trust Him. Amen!

Guard your heart

“So above all, guard the affections of your heart, for they affect all that you are. Pay attention to the welfare of your innermost being, for from there flows the wellspring of life.” Proverbs‬ ‭4‬:‭23‬ ‭TPT‬‬ I want to focus on the last sentence here, because it is explains why the first. I have an old friend who used to say to me, “Di let peace be your governor”. It was easier said than done. I was going through some very difficult times when he told me that. However, he was right. Yesterday was a difficult day in part. I had determined to give my body a day of rest. I walked several kilometres to church and attended the prayer meeting. Unfortunately, after the prayer meeting I was best by refugees wanting my help. It became very frustrating and by the time the service started my insides were a mess.
