New people

“This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭17‬-‭19‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The born again experience transforms us from a carnal being into a spiritual being. Our spirits are made alive. We have a fountain of life that needs to flow out of us. That fountain will never dry up as the Holy Spirit is in residence. However, we can block the flow by unbelief and disobedience. Conversely, releasing it is a blessing to ourselves and others.

Yesterday, I discovered another Christian at college. A man, who is a funny little Australian man, turns out to be a believer. When he came and sat next to me, while waiting for class to begin, he started chatting and before long I uncovered that he was a believer. I have invited him along to my church, which is an interdenominational, international church.

I was hoping to tell another soul about Jesus, but found fellowship around Jesus instead. It has been interesting how God is bringing people to me each day. The day before was a Buddhist nun. I wonder who it will be today?

Today we do dictation. I am praying for a huge miracle. I did not sleep well and my head is ringing, but God is a miracle working God. Today I want a testimony of the miracle working power of God, His greatness and His power. Yesterday we did a practise run grammar test, I did well considering it was out of the blue.

Monday starts the real deal. I want to kill it! Well, pass very well! Meantime I am at college to reconcile the lost to Christ. Bring it on! Yesterday I found another song, Jesus thankyou for the blood! I hope you like it!
