Saviour and Lord

Revelation 21:5-7 (AMP) And He Who is seated on the throne said, See! I make all things new. Also He said, Record this, for these sayings are faithful  and true.  And He [further] said to me, It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I [Myself] will give water without price from the fountain (springs) of the water of Life.

7 He who is victorious shall inherit all these things, and I will be God to him and he shall be My son.
 
He is not only saviour but He is Lord. He is coming again, He makes all things new. Amen!
 
He gives to the thirsty and to those who are victorious they shall inhert all things, not just in the heareafter but right here on earth.
 
This morning I hear an old 2nd Chapter of Acts song 'hear the Bells ringing'. In the spirit the message is loud and clear He has won, He has done it, He has risen from the dead. Greater than all the chocolate in the world is the event we celebrate.
 
More important than what we do or do not receive, who does or does not spend time with us or even call us. He is Here!!! Amen!
 
Mind you I was blessed to wake to the sounds of my grandchildren wanting to spend quiet time with me, they had forgotten about easter eggs. I had the pleasure of reading to them. After quiet time we had the egg hunt.
 
He is first, He is last and forever, we are in between.

Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
