My Strength is in You!

Happy are the people whose strength is in You, whose heart is set on pilgrimage. As they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a source of spring water; even the autumn rain will cover it with blessings. They go from strength to strength; each appear before God in Zion. Psalm 84:5-7

Those who choose the Lord as strength are never disappointed. Without the Lord; food, alcohol; casual sex; gambling; workaholism; all line up as options.

When the Lord is my strength I become stronger with each passing day. My resolve become solid, distractions barely touch me.

With Him as my strength the times of weeping become times of blessing to myself and others around me.

Going to church is not making Him my strength, neither is praying or reading my bible. It is the resolve to allow His way to determine my way, his thoughts to be my thoughts.

He becomes God as I submit to His ways, until I submit I am a loose cannon, very dangerous. His gospel must be the blueprint from which I live. Amen!
