Trust in The Lord

You who fear The Lord, trust in the Lord! He is their help and shield. Psalm 115:11

On the surface, it is logical that those who 'fear' The Lord would 'trust' The Lord, but the reality is that we don't, not really.

What has become common practice is that we go to church, sing the songs, listen to the message and leave untouched and full of unbelief. Why?

We have allowed the voices in the world, the gods of this age, to dictate. The gods around us say 'God is dead, He is impotent, experience is greater'. In other words 'what you see is what you get'.

Believing the word if God stands at odds with this doctrine and we, God's people, have to pull down its altars.

Our enemy the devil is a liar and a cheat. He is successfully stealing our truth, our life, our joy.

To topple him we have to rise up and paint our world with the blood of Christ. He is our God, our deliverer, our truth.

Laziness will defeat us. We are in a battle for our lives, our families, our future.

Take the truth in the word of God and stand against the evil one, shine Christian. Amen!
