Salvation and The Rich

How hard it is for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom of God! ..."what is impossible within is possible with God!" Luke 18:24,27

Being rich can be a place of contentment, unless the Holy Spirit starts to open the eyes and stir the heart for God.

The Holy Spirit is the best wooer, convicter that I know. It is His speciality, a job He enjoys and what releases Him is the prayers of the faithful.

As Christians we are to be salt and light but also a part of the prayer room of God.

If we also are 'content' it is too easy to be lazy in prayer. We then need the faithful praying for us to shake off our sloth and catch the heart of God. While the faithful are praying for us they are not praying for those who need our light.

An ordered life with prayer and time in the Word keeps us focused. If our day is structured around God then His heart will be heard. Everything else will fall into place.

Who has God put on your heart? Who are you consistently praying for?

The Holy Spirit is waiting to partner with you in salvation, there are souls waiting to be found.

If you have no one why not ask Him who He wants you to pray for! Come on torch turn yourself on! Amen!
