He said to the crowds: " when you see a cloud rising in the west. Right away you say, ' a storm is coming,!and so it does. And when the south wind is blowing you say, 'it's going to be a scorcher!' And it is. Hypocrites! You know how to interpret the appearance of the earth and sky, but why don't you know how to interpret this time?" Luke 12:54-56
We have a saying: 'red sky at night a shepherd's delight, red sky in the morning sailors warning.'
There are things we ignore and should not we can be so busy being busy that we miss the signals.
We can choose to be blind to our circumstances, those of family and friends. When someone takes their own life we can realise we saw but chose to ignore.
My dad chose to live a certain way but paid the price by dying from cancer. He did not eat well, he drank and in days past he smoked. He died from lung, liver and bowel cancer, he also had a bad attitude.
Ignoring truth is not good the cost is great!
