The Temple
He went into the temple complex and began to throw out those who were selling, and He said, "it is written, my house will be a house of prayer, but you have made it a den of thieves!" Like 19: 45,46
Now that I have a relationship with The Lord I am His temple, His spirit lives in me
So if I am His temple and He said His house would be called a house of prayer what does that mean to me?
I have constant communion with Him, inside. I do not have to be in a building called a church to go to pray.
I'd say this is how He sees me then I suppose I have a responsibility to keep my 'house' clean from the love of money and the focus on money ( and stuff).
It is like bringing a new born baby home. I am now totally focused on its care and less on myself. I have a role to fulfill as a parent.
As a temple I have a role and responsibilities to carry out. Make sense?
