Let us Rebuild

So I said to them, "You see the trouble we are in, Jerusalem lies in ruins and its gates have been burned down. Come, let's rebuild Jerusalem's wall, so that we will no longer be a disgrace." I told them how the gracious hand of my God had been on me, and what the king said to me.
They said, "Let's start rebuilding," and they were encouraged to do this good work.
When Sanballat the Hironite, Tobiah the Ammonite official, and Geshem the Arab heard about this, they mocked and despised us, and said, What is this you're doing? Are you rebelling against the king?"
I gave them this reply, "The God of heaven is the One who will grant us success. We, His servants, will start building but you have no share, right, or historic claim in Jerusalem." Nehemiah 2:17-20

Nehemiah was smitten with God's heart for Jerusalem. I am smitten with God's heart for the New England area in northern NSW, Australia. God has a plan for this place and when I first came back here in 1993 I began praying: 'May Your Kingdom come, Your will be done.' I have been away for 9 years and again my prayer is: 'May Your Kingdom come, Your will be done."

God wants to move in this area and He will do it, because He loves this people.

When I returned last year (I have been back for just over 12 months) the enemy did not like it, because I began to pray. He sent his discourages out against me, at times I was openly attacked and ridiculed. I know what the Sanballats of this world are like.

The longer I am here the purer my prayer is for the place and I love the country, this is revival territory.

Now there must be a fresh wind as only God can change things. he is so good! Amen! I am being used to train and encourage the Christians and win the lost. This is what I was born to do. Amen!
