When Our Enemy Takes Action

Then the high priest took action. He and all his colleagues, those who belonged to the party of the Saducees, were filled with jealousy. So they arrested the apostles and put them in the city jail. But an angel of The Lord opened the doors of the jail during the night, brought them out, and said,"Go and stand in the temple complex, and tell the people all about this life. In obedience to this, they entered the temple complex ar daybreak and began to teach. Acts 5:17-21

We have an enemy who will 'take action' against us.when he does I can go to The Lord and say, " mighty God, You are ruler over all, I ask for grace and mercy, at You will go before me and right this wrong." Amen!

Then I go to praise not complaining, giving not withholding and allow Him to move. Then I can testify to the goodness of my God.

Today I spent time with a lovely lady and told her about the goodness of my God, how He has gone before me and how He provides for me. She said, "You are inspirational!" Only as much as I allow my God to be GOD, amen!

Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
